FAQs
What should I wear to the yoga class?
When practising yoga you will need clothing that is loose-fitting: something you can move in easily, but won't expose you when you go upside down! Socks? Better in bare feet: but there are socks with grips you can get in sports shops.
Do I need to bring a mat?
I have spare mats, but ideally I'd like you to bring your own. It's more hygienic and, if you want to practise at home, it's good to have the grip that modern-day yoga mats offer.
What time to arrive?
If its your first class arrive ten minutes before to complete registration form, otherwise please arrive a few minutes before to get settled onto your mat ready for class to start at the advertised times.
Anything else I need to bring?
A blanket. When we relax at the end of the class, your body temperature will drop, so bring a blanket to cover up and stay warm.
