Welcome to my website. I'm Sarah and I teach Hatha & Yin Yoga  in Sheffield, online and at festivals. I'm trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and offer  1-1  sessions using a combination of Yoga, CBT and Reiki. I also have over 30 years' experience of working as a Registered Nurse.
