Gather is a monthly women's circle; a safe place to regularly gather, to be deeply listened to, to share and connect. An opportunity for women to come together to pause and reflect.
No competition, no comparison – just you.
Expect candles, connection, compassion, community.
Do you want to feel supported, lifted and heard in a completely, confidential, non-judgemental setting? Then this is for you.
Each gathering is led by Sarah, an experienced yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and space holder. There will be space to share, to meditate, to move and to journal, to be fully you.
Creating space in your weekends for you. BOOK HERE

Time to journal, with optional guided prompts
Option to pull an oracle card (useful for divine guidance & connecting to your intuition)
Time to socialise with herbal teas and snacks (provided)
Integration with a meditation or relaxation practice.
April Circle Theme
It's spring! There is hope in the air, the days are getting warmer and longer. We will reflect on how we are growing, and changing, how far we have come! We tend to always be looking forward, but some times it's helpful to notice how much we have already achieved first. What has grown in us over the first shoots of spring, what has changed, and do we want to carry that forward? As well as a sharing circle we will use goddess cards, meditation, journalling and movement. There will be time for socialising too! Teas and snacks provided.

FAQs & Feedback
Do I need to have meditated before?
No previous experience is required, the meditation practices are all guided.
I have never been to a women's circle before, what should I expect?
A women's circle is a completely confidential space, where we share and listen to each other. Sharing is not obligatory., but listening to others can be very therapeutic. It reminds us that we are all connected, that we all have struggles and joys we are dealing with.
What should I bring/wear?
We will be siting on the floor for at least half of the time and there will be gentle movement so please wear comfy clothes. In both spaces we leave our shoes outside the room. There will be a cushion for you to sit on, but you are welcome to bring your own if you want a little extra padding! Bring a pen and paper for journalling.
Is it like group therapy?
No, although it can feel therapeutic, it is not group therapy, solutions or guidance are not part of a women's circle. Often the practices of sharing, listening, moving and journaling can help us find our own answers and insights.
Do you talk about women's issues?
No, not specifically, we talk about what is happening in our lives, what we want to change, sometimes this might be related to being a woman, but not always.
Recent Feedback:
I have attended many of Sarah’s women’s circles and each one has been such a positive experience. Sarah curates the space to create a beautiful and calming environment with candles, lights and seasonal decor.
Sarah facilitates a quiet place for personal reflection and to enable each person to explore feelings and experiences in a non-pressured and supportive environment. We can connect with each other at whatever level we choose, and Sarah provides lovely refreshments midway through.
Busy lives, busy worlds and multiple responsibilities can mean that as women we don’t afford ourselves time to focus on ourselves. Sarah gives us this gift of time in her beautiful women’s circle. I come out feeling lighter, and with a fresh perspective as well as inspired by the women around me, especially by Sarah for holding this beautiful space for women to breathe.
