This page tells you about the various ways that I currently deliver my yoga teaching. For more information on the approaches I use in the classes, see "My Yoga". See also "About Sarah" and "My Training" to find out more about my background. Last year I shared short practices on my Instagram page. These are suitable for all and will give you an idea of how I teach.

In-person classes

 £63 for all classes including an live on-line class and a recording available to use for the rest of the term.

Workplace Yoga & Wellbeing Sessions

​I have taught yoga in a variety of workplaces; working with people who have demanding, stressful jobs. My teaching stye and extensive training means that I can adapt yoga to suit the environment and the people. I have taught people sitting at desks, or brought mats along to undertake a full practice. Workplace yoga can be a one-off or regular sessions. 

Feedback from a recent session:

To support Mental Health Awareness Week 2204, we here at OCF Limited, organised numerous activities to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace and to get our employees involved. This year we focussed on Movement: Moving for our Mental Health. Sarah, our yoga instructor was brilliant, she encouraged everyone to get involved explaining each movement and position clearly and eloquently, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hour-long session and expressed how they enjoyed learning relaxation techniques as demonstrated by Sarah. Many thanks. I am sure we will arrange further sessions soon.

One-to-one

What can a one-to-one yoga session offer you?

​Perhaps you have a specific physical issue that you want to address? I can draw on my advanced nursing and yoga skills t0 provide a tailored yoga programme for you.

Perhaps you are feeling stressed or struggling with your mental health? I can combine my Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and yoga training to help you manage your mood through body & mind techniques.

​There is emerging evidence that therapeutic interventions that combine both psychological and physical practices have greater benefits than just psychological therapy alone.

A personal yoga session with me can be many different things – I will draw on a range of skills (see "My Training") which I will apply according to your needs to provide an holistic body & mind practice. 

Costs 
£50 per hour for a one-off session; £45 per hour if you book four or more sessions.

Depending on the nature of your requirements and your previous yoga experience, we can either do them on Zoom or in person in S11.. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation on Zoom.

Festivals/events

I also teach yoga at festivals and events, and always have fun interacting with a festival crowd! I can curate a yoga class for a range of abilities depending on requirements.
