Yoga Moon Magick is a monthly online gathering aligned with the full moon. Next gathering: Thursday March 13th, 7.30–8.30 pm.

There will be gentle yoga, guided meditation, and prompted journaling.

It all focuses on the full moon and takes place around the time of the full moon.

​I have been working with the energies of the moon for many years. ​With Yoga Moon Magick I am combining my love of teaching yoga, my connection with the moon, alongside my desire to bring people together.

These online gatherings offer a unique opportunity for you to  connect to the deep energy of the full moon. It’s a chance for you to take some time for yourself: to reflect, to move, to breathe, and to journal.

​The full moon is a time when we can shine bright. It is a time for celebrating what we have achieved as well as gratitude for all we have. But it is also a time for forgiveness and for releasing anything that no longer serves us.

​Each full moon has a different name, theme and energy, dependent on the time of year. It can help us to live in harmony with the seasons.

The coming March  full moon is often called the Worm Moon after the worm trails that appear on the ground as the earth thaws. It's a sign that Spring is here. This moon gives us th opportunity to really clear out and plant our intentions.

The March  Yoga Moon Magick gathering will assist you in making time to go within, find your inner peace and help you create your intentions for the coming lunar cycle.
