ONE-TO-ONE YOGA AND WELLBEING COACHING
Why would you come to one-to-one yoga? A personal yoga session with me can be many different things. I have a range of skills that I can use in a one-to-one session, including cognitive behaviour therapy, advanced nursing skills, and a wide variety of training courses in yoga. One-to-one yoga may simply be a one-off session for you to explore some aspects of the practices we do in class and allow you an opportunity to ask question specific to your needs Or you may want some ongoing help and support . Perhaps you have a specific physical issue that you want to address that I can provide a tailored yoga programme for you. If you are feeling stressed or struggling with your mental health, I can combine my CBT and yoga training to help you manage your mood through mind and body techniques. There is emerging evidence that therapeutic interventions that combine both psychological and physical practices have greater benefits than just psychological therapy alone. Costs One-to-one sessions cost £60 per hour for a one-off session and £50 per hour if you book four or more sessions. Depending on the nature of your requirements and your previous yoga experience, we can either do them on Zoom or in person. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation on Zoom. |
INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Are you curious about what yoga has to offer but not sure it's for you? This four-week course will give you an insight into the practices of yoga and the way I teach. You really don't need to be flexible or touch your toes – just have a curious and open mind about what you could gain from a yoga practice. Each week we will explore what it means to connect the body and mind. I will teach simple breathing techniques and posture work that will help you relax your body, explore your range of movement and build strength and stability. This four-week programme is planned for late 2024. If you are interested, please get in touch to be added to the waiting list. The cost is £40 for the four-week course. |
